Why You'll Love This Air Fryer Beef and Broccoli Recipe

The Air Fryer Beef and Broccoli is a modern twist on the classic stir-fry, and it’s ridiculously easy to whip up! With tender beef, crisp broccoli, and a rich sauce that’s loaded with garlic, ginger, and soy sauce, this dish is an explosion of flavours. Plus, it’s versatile, meaning you can enjoy it with rice, noodles, or even a side of quinoa if you’re feeling adventurous!
Let’s talk about why the air fryer is your best friend for this recipe. Firstly, it cooks the beef and broccoli in no time, giving you perfectly cooked veggies and tender beef without the need for constant attention. Secondly, the air fryer locks in all those tasty juices, which means every bite is packed with deliciousness.
If you’re wondering how to get melt-in-your-mouth tender beef in just 8 minutes, I’ve got a trick for you: bicarbonate of soda. This little ingredient is your best friend when it comes to tenderising meat quickly. Just sprinkle it over your beef strips and give them a quick massage before marinating. You’ll notice the difference immediately! The beef becomes so soft, making each bite absolutely divine. Trust me, once you try it, you’ll be using this trick in all your stir-fries! 🍖💡
When it comes to serving this Air Fryer Beef and Broccoli, I love pairing it with a simple bowl of steamed jasmine rice. The fluffy, fragrant rice soaks up all the delicious juices from the beef, making each spoonful extra satisfying. 🍚 For a lower-carb option, you can also serve it with cauliflower rice or zucchini noodles.
If you’re in the mood for something more indulgent, throw in some egg noodles or even a side of fried rice. The possibilities are endless! Want to add extra veggies to the mix? Carrots, capsicum, or snow peas would be perfect additions. You can even mix up the protein by swapping beef for chicken, prawns, or tofu.

Feel free to get creative with this Air Fryer Beef and Broccoli recipe! You can easily switch up the protein or veggies, or even add a sprinkle of sesame seeds on top for extra crunch. Like a bit of heat? Add some chilli flakes or a splash of sriracha for a spicy kick!

And if you’re into meal prepping, this recipe stores well in the fridge for up to three days. Simply reheat it in the microwave or back in the air fryer for a quick and easy meal.
