- 4 Chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp chicken stock powder
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
- Mix all spices together in a bowl and ensure they’re well combined.
- Now, cut your chicken in a checkerboard pattern (just like in my video).
- Generously rub that aromatic spice mix all over your chicken breast.
- Drizzle on that olive oil for a touch of richness.
- Pop it into your air fryer.
- Set it to cook for 20 minutes at 180C.
- Once done, plate it up! Pair with a fresh salad or some crunchy veggies. Oh, and here’s a tip: it’s *amazing* as a burrito filling. 🌯
