Ingredients
 

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp chicken stock powder
  • 500 g beans
  • Salt & pepper

Method
 

  1. Dice chicken breast into large bite-size pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix together mayo, honey, stock and mustard until smooth.
  3. Add the diced chicken into the bowl and toss to coat each piece evenly.
  4. Toss your beans with 1 tbsp of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Place the beans in the air fryer basket, making sure they are spread out nicely.
  6. Now, pop the coated chicken pieces on top of the beans.
  7. Set the air fryer to 200°C and cook for 10 minutes, giving everything a shake halfway through. 
  8. Once done, your chicken will be golden and juicy, and the beans perfectly crispy. Dinner is served!
