Hey everyone! 🌟 It’s Day 4 of our 15-minute meals series, and I’ve got a fantastic recipe for you: **Beef Mince Chilli Tacos**! This dish is not only quick and easy but also packed with flavour. Perfect for a busy weeknight dinner! 🌮✨


Ingredients

  • 500g beef mince 🥩
  • 1 diced onion 🧅
  • 1 diced capsicum 🫑
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika 🌶
  • 1 tbsp beef stock powder 🍲
  • 1 tbsp oregano 🌿
  • 1 tsp cinnamon 🍂
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder 🧄
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes 🍅
  • 1 bunch diced coriander 🍃

Instructions

  1. Heat up a splash of olive oil in a sizzling hot pan and toss in the diced onion and capsicum. Cook until they’re tender and fragrant. 🍳
  2. Add the beef mince and cook until it’s nicely browned.
  3. Mix in the smoked paprika, beef stock powder, oregano, cinnamon, onion powder, garlic powder, and half of the diced coriander. Stir well to combine.
