  • 1 tbsp Crushed Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Crushed Ginger
  • 1 Onion, cut into large dices
  • 1 Capsicum, also in large dices 🌶️
  • A cup of Roasted Cashews for that crunch 🥜

And for the amazing sauce:

  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Oyster Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Water 💧
  • 1/4 cup Mirin or Cooking Wine 🍷
  • 1 tsp White Pepper
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp Cornflour to thicken things up

Instructions

  1. Start with a hot pan and a splash of sesame oil. Toss in the garlic, ginger, and chicken. Cook until the chicken turns white – it’s super quick!
