  • 400g jar of lemon curd
  • 2 punnets of raspberries
  • 85g of jelly crystals
  • 300g of sponge fingers

Instructions

  1. **Lemon Cream Delight**: Start by whipping up 600ml of cream until it’s nice and fluffy. Gently fold in a 400g jar of lemon curd. The tangy lemon flavor adds a zesty twist!
  2. **Jelly Joy**: Grab 85g of jelly crystals and dissolve them in 2 cups of boiling water. Once dissolved, add in a cup of cold water to cool it down.
  3. **Spongy Layers**: Take 300g of sponge fingers, break them in half, and give them a quick dip in the jelly mixture. You want them half soft, half crunchy.
