This creamy chicken broccoli gnocchi is a quick, cosy dinner made in one pan with golden chicken, soft gnocchi and a creamy sauce. Ingredients
 

  • 500 g gnocchi
  • 4 skinless chicken thigh
  • 1 broccoli
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 1 cup stock
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • olive oil

Method
 

  1. Cut the broccoli into large florets.
  2. Sprinkle the chicken with salt, pepper and a little olive oil.
  3. Heat a pan and cook the chicken until golden brown on both sides, then remove from the pan.
  4. Add the gnocchi, cream cheese, stock and broccoli to the pan.
  5. Place the chicken back on top, pop a lid on and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Remove the lid and take the chicken out.
  7. Stir the gnocchi to combine the cream cheese and stock into a creamy sauce.
  8. Serve the gnocchi topped with the golden chicken thighs and enjoy immediately. 🤍
