It is quick, cosy and made with simple ingredients, but still feels like a proper dinner. The kind of meal you can chuck together without much fuss and know everyone will be keen to eat.
Why you’ll love it
It is quick, creamy and all made in one pan, so there is less mess to deal with after dinner. You get tender chicken, soft gnocchi and broccoli all in the one easy meal.
Handy tips
Let the chicken get nice and golden before you take it out of the pan, because that adds loads of flavour. Once the chicken comes out, give the gnocchi a good stir so the cream cheese and stock turn into a smooth creamy sauce.
