Hey everyone! 🌟 Day 10 and the final day of our tray bakes!  I have saved the very best for last!  I’m super excited to share one of my all-time favorite recipes with you – it’s comforting, packed with flavor, and oh-so-easy to make! Perfect for those busy nights when you still want something special.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 500g Gnocchi
  • 190g jar Basil Pesto
  • 300ml Cream
  • 1 tbsp Crushed Garlic
  • 200g Cherry Tomatoes 🍅
  • 1 sliced Red Onion
  • 2 sliced Chorizo Sausage

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C.
  2. In a baking dish, whisk together the basil pesto, cream, garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper. 🥄
  3. Toss in the gnocchi, onion, tomatoes, and chorizo sausage, making sure everything is nicely coated in that creamy, dreamy pesto sauce. 🥣
  4. Bake for 25 minutes, until everything is bubbly and golden. 🕒
  5. Give it a good stir, and it’s ready to serve! 🍽
