Dumpling Burgers

These are such a fun one when you want all those dumpling flavours without standing there folding wrappers for half your life. You just mix everything up, shape them into patties and cook them however suits you best.

They’re juicy, easy, and really handy because you can serve them like burgers or chuck them over rice with a sauce. Big flavour, simple ingredients, and no fiddly bits. Love that for us.

Why you’ll love it

You get all those classic dumpling-style flavours in a much easier, fuss-free dinner. They’re flexible too, because you can pan fry them, air fry them or cook them on the BBQ depending on what suits.

Handy tips

Shred the cabbage nice and finely so it mixes through properly and helps the patties hold together. If the mixture feels a bit sticky, popping the shaped patties in the fridge for a bit can help them firm up before cooking.

Serving ideas

Serve them like burgers, or over rice with a dumpling-style sauce. They’re a great one for easy dinners, meal prep or chucking on the BBQ when you want something a bit different.
