Ingredients

  • 600g Cooked Honey Soy Dumplings
  • 1 bunch Coriander
  • 2 sliced Spring Onions
  • 2 sliced Cucumbers
  • 200g Cherry Tomatoes, halved

For the Dressing:

  • 2 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup Light Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • 1 crushed clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp crushed ginger
  • 2 sliced Red Chillies (optional)

Instructions
