Everyday Stir-fry Sauce & Stir-fry
Ingredients
Method
- Sprinkle bicarb of soda over the beef and set it aside for 15 minutes.
- Place crushed garlic and crushed ginger into a glass measuring cup followed by oyster sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, beef flavour stock powder, cornflour and a cup of water.
- Stir altogether in a large glass measuring cup.
- Heat your pan with a little bit of olive oil and once it's hot, add your beef into the pan and mix until it’s nearly cooked.
- It should only take a few minutes.
- Add your vegetables and keep tossing for another few minutes.
- Add your noodles and sauce and toss until the sauce has thickened and everything is steaming hot.
- Mix everything in the pan together and serve.
