- Heat a pan with a little oil and brown the mince.
- Add the onion, celery, carrot, garlic, tomato paste, chicken stock powder, oregano, thyme, and rosemary. Stir well.
- Add the tomato passata and water, bring to a boil, then cover and let simmer for 15 minutes.
- Remove the lid, stir in the gnocchi, then top with cheese.
- Pop into a 180°C oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
