Golden Choc Pistachio Pastry Scrolls
These are one of those little treats that look way fancier than the effort involved. A few sheets of puff pastry, a couple of spreads, and the air fryer does the rest.
You end up with golden, crispy scrolls with a soft, gooey centre that feels like a proper treat without much fuss. Perfect when you want something quick, easy and a bit fun.
Why you’ll love it
They’re fast, easy and only use a few ingredients. The combo of chocolate and pistachio feels a bit special, but the method is about as simple as it gets.
Handy tips
Don’t twist the strips too tightly or the pastry won’t puff up as nicely. Keep an eye on them towards the end because air fryers can vary a bit, and you want them golden and crisp without overdoing it.
Serving ideas
Serve them warm while the filling is still soft and gooey. They’re great as a sweet snack, easy dessert or something a bit fun with a cuppa.
