  • 1 tbsp yeast
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1.5 cups hot water from tap

Extra flour for the bench and dusting


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine 3 cups of flour, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp yeast, and 1/2 tbsp salt. Give it a good mix!
  2. Pour in 1.5 cups of hot water from the tap and stir until everything is well combined.
  3. Let the mixture rest in a warm place for 30 minutes. Go catch up on your favorite show or dance to your favorite song! 💃
  4. After the resting time, flour your bench and transfer the dough onto it. Sprinkle the top with more flour. Now, let’s get kneading! Keep going until the dough becomes smooth and elastic. You’ve got this! 💪
