Method
- I drain the chickpeas and discard the liquid.
- I add the chickpeas, garlic, lemon juice, tahini and water to my food processor.
- I whizz everything for about 2 minutes until super smooth and creamy.
- If it looks a little thick, I add a splash more water and blitz again.
