Ingredients
 

  • 400 g chickpeas
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3/4 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Drain the chickpeas and discard the liquid.
  2. Add the chickpeas, garlic, lemon juice, tahini, salt and water to my food processor.
  3. Whizz everything for about 2 minutes until super smooth and creamy.
  4. If it looks a little thick, add a splash more water and blitz again.
