Hummus

This homemade hummus is one of those handy little recipes that makes life easier. It is cheap, quick, made with pantry staples, and honestly tastes better than the store-bought stuff.

Perfect for lunchboxes, snack plates, wraps or when people pop over, this one is creamy, full of flavour and takes barely any effort. Just chuck it all in the food processor and you are basically done.

It is quick, budget-friendly and made with just a few simple ingredients. Great for snacks, lunches or putting out with crackers and veggie sticks when you need something easy.

Give it a good blitz so it gets nice and smooth. If it feels a bit thick, just add a splash more water and blitz again until it is as creamy as you like.

Serve it with veggie sticks, crackers or spread it onto wraps. It is also a handy little extra to have in the fridge for easy lunches.
