- Combine pork and veal mince, milk, bacon, bread crumbs, fennel seeds, parmesan, tomato paste, salt and pepper in a bowl. Give it a good mix! 🤲
- Shape into 8 hearty meatballs.
- In your pan, layer half the tomato passata, meatballs, and potatoes. Pour the rest of the passata over them.
- Bake at 200C for 30 minutes. 🌞
- Top with mozzarella and return to the oven for a melty 10 minutes! 🧀✨
- Garnish with fresh basil. Delizioso! 🍃🍽️
