- 1 bunch basil, torn
- 1 jar Kalamata olives
- 1 punnet cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 1 red onion, finely diced
- 1 jar baby mozzarella balls
- 1 jar basil pesto

- Take your cooked Risoni and stir in the basil pesto until well mixed.
- Toss in the torn basil, Kalamata olives, cherry tomatoes, and diced red onion.
