Mixed Berry and Chocolate Saucy Pudding
This is the sort of dessert that feels like a proper treat without needing anything too fancy. You’ve got a soft chocolate pudding on top, a rich sauce bubbling away underneath, and pops of juicy mixed berries through the middle.
It’s cosy, chocolatey, and exactly the kind of thing that goes down very well on a cooler night.
Why you’ll love it
This one is easy, comforting, and made with simple ingredients. The berries cut through the richness nicely.
Handy tips
Pour the boiling water gently over the back of a spoon or spatula so you don’t disturb the batter too much.
Serving ideas
Serve it hot while the sauce is still bubbling underneath. Vanilla ice cream would be lovely on top.
