  • 500 g beef mince
  • 2 cups diced vegetables
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 tbsp Garlic
  • 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp beef stock powder
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup water
  • A pinch of salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. In a sizzling pan, toss in your diced veggies and let them soften up for about 5 minutes.
  2. Dive in with that beef and cook until beautifully browned.
  3. Time for peas and corn! Mix them right in.
  4. Now, for the flavor magic: garlic, worcestershire sauce, beef stock, tomato paste, and flour. Give it a good stir! After a few moments, pour in the water.
