- Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F).
- In a hot pan, brown the lamb mince. Then add the diced carrots, celery, and onions, cooking until they start to soften.
- Stir in the frozen mixed vegetables, crushed garlic, beef stock powder, plain flour, tomato paste, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for a few minutes.
- Add the water and let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, boil the carrots and potatoes until soft. Mash them together and mix in the Greek yogurt, salt, and pepper.
- In a large baking dish (or two smaller ones), spread the meat and vegetable mixture. Top with the carrot and potato mash, and sprinkle over the grated cheeses.
