I am thrilled to share my beloved Smoked Salmon Alfredo recipe with you all. It’s a heartwarming dish, enveloped in creamy goodness and enriched with the luscious

 

flavors of smoked salmon and fresh spinach. 🌿


Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 diced onion
  • 300ml cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 200g hot smoked salmon, flaked
  • 300g spinach leaves
  • Salt and pepper
  • 500g dried spaghetti pasta, cooked

Instructions

  1. In a hot pan with some olive oil, melt the butter and add the diced onion. Cook until the onion is soft (about 5 minutes).
  2. Pour in the cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring to combine.
  3. Add the flaked smoked salmon and spinach leaves to the pan. Continue to stir until the spinach wilts.
  4. Mix in the cooked spaghetti pasta. If the sauce is too thick for your liking, add some pasta water to reach your desired consistency.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and it’s ready to serve! Enjoy this delightful dish with loved ones and bask in the flavors of home-cooked perfection. 🍽️
