Method
- Cut the tomatoes into small, odd-shaped bite-size pieces and add them to a serving plate.
- Sprinkle over a little salt and pepper, then gently toss to coat the tomatoes
- Place the burrata right in the middle of the tomatoes.
- Spoon over the chilli crisp, letting that gorgeous oil drip over everything.
