🍴 Hey there, foodie friends! 🌟 I’m back with part 3 of my “Takeaway at Home” series, and today we’re whipping up a super Easy Sweet and Sour Chicken! Trust me, your taste buds are in for a treat! 🍍🐔

👩🍳 Ingredients:
- 4 chicken thighs, bite-sized
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 capsicum, diced
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 can pineapple chunks (keep the juice!)
- 1 tbsp crushed garlic
- 1 tbsp crushed ginger
🥣 Sauce:
Instructions
- Whisk all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
- In a hot pan, sizzle garlic and ginger for 30 seconds.
- Add chicken, cook until white.
- Toss in veggies and pineapple chunks, cook until veggies just starting to soften! About 2 minutes!
- Pour in the sauce, stir and bring to a boil. Let it boil for a minute.
🍚 Serve this saucy, sweet, and tangy delight with some fluffy steamed rice and get ready to be wowed! It’s a perfect balance of flavors that’ll make you forget about takeout!
