- 2.5 cups self-raising flour

- Start by mashing those bananas! Or if you’re like me and love shortcuts, toss them in a food processor for a quick blend.
- Pour in the condensed milk, sprinkle in the cinnamon, and fold in the self-raising flour. Mix until you’ve got a smooth batter.
- Transfer your yummy mixture into a lined loaf tin and preheat your oven to 180C.
- Bake away for 40 to 50 minutes until it’s a beautiful golden shade and passes the trusty knife test!
