Ingredients

  • 3 crushed Weet-Bix biscuits 🍪
  • 1 cup self-rising flour 🌾
  • 1 cup fine coconut 🥥
  • – 2 tbsp cocoa powder 🍫
  • 1/2 cup sugar 🍚
  • 150g melted butter 🧈
  • 2 cups icing sugar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp very soft butter
  • 2 tbsp cocoa

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 160°C or your oven to 180°C.
  2. In a bowl, mix the crushed Weet-Bix, flour, coconut, cocoa, and sugar.
  3. Add the melted butter and mix until it’s all crumbly.
  4. Press the mixture into a tin firmly.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes in the air fryer or 30 minutes in the oven.
  6. Let it cool completely in the tin. Patience is key! 😉🎂 Icing time:
  7. Mix the icing sugar, cocoa, soft butter, and water until smooth.
  8. Spread that luscious icing generously over the slice.
  9. Let the icing set before slicing into heavenly pieces. 😇
