Ingredients

  • 500g beef mince ๐Ÿฅฉ
  • 1 diced onion ๐Ÿง…
  • 1 diced capsicum ๐Ÿซ‘
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika ๐ŸŒถ
  • 1 tbsp beef stock powder ๐Ÿฒ
  • 1 tbsp oregano ๐ŸŒฟ
  • 1 tsp cinnamon ๐Ÿ‚
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder ๐Ÿง„
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes ๐Ÿ…
  • 1 bunch diced coriander ๐Ÿƒ

Instructions

  1. Heat up a splash of olive oil in a sizzling hot pan and toss in the diced onion and capsicum. Cook until they’re tender and fragrant. ๐Ÿณ
  2. Add the beef mince and cook until it’s nicely browned.
  3. Mix in the smoked paprika, beef stock powder, oregano, cinnamon, onion powder, garlic powder, and half of the diced coriander. Stir well to combine.
  4. Add the kidney beans and crushed tomatoes to the pan. Let everything simmer on medium heat for about 5 minutes. ๐Ÿฅณ
  5. Stir in the remaining coriander just before serving.
