- Heat up a splash of olive oil in a sizzling hot pan and toss in the diced onion and capsicum. Cook until they’re tender and fragrant. ๐ณ
- Add the beef mince and cook until it’s nicely browned.
- Mix in the smoked paprika, beef stock powder, oregano, cinnamon, onion powder, garlic powder, and half of the diced coriander. Stir well to combine.
- Add the kidney beans and crushed tomatoes to the pan. Let everything simmer on medium heat for about 5 minutes. ๐ฅณ
- Stir in the remaining coriander just before serving.
