  • 2 blocks of milk caramel chocolate (400g)
  • 2 packets of speckled eggs (300g)

  1. Combine the milk caramel chocolate and sweetened condensed milk in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Pop it in the microwave for 1 and a half minutes.
  3. Give it a good stir until it’s smooth and well combined.
  4. Crush one packet of speckled eggs and stir them into the mixture for a pop of color and crunch.
  5. Line a tin with baking paper and pour the fudge mixture in.
  6. Sprinkle the other packet of speckled eggs over the top for that extra Easter flair.
