- 1 cup long grain rice π
- 1 can coconut cream π₯₯
- 1 can water π§
- 2 cups of veggies π₯¦π₯
- 300g spinach leaves π
Instructions
- Snip those sausages with kitchen scissors straight into the pan, browning them to perfection.
- Toss in the onion, capsicum, garlic, ginger, tomato paste, and curry powder. Stir and let the spices meld for a few minutes.
- Now, in goes the rice, spinach, coconut cream, and water. Season as you like, give it a thorough mix, cover, and simmer on low. In about 20 minutes, youβve got a meal ready to enjoy!
