Ingredients

  • 🍗 4 Chicken thighs
  • 🥔 3 large potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 🍋 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 🧄 1 tbsp crushed garlic
  • 🥄 1 tsp chicken stock powder
  • 💧 1 cup water
  • 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
  • 🫒 Olive oil for seasoning

Instructions

  1. Grab a baking dish and mix in the crushed garlic, chicken stock powder, and water. Give it a good stir. 🍲
  2. Now toss those diced potatoes into the dish, spreading them out evenly. 🥔
  3. Arrange your beautiful, thinly sliced lemon pieces on top of the potatoes for an added citrus punch! 🍋
  4. Now, the star of our dish! Nestle your chicken thighs right on top of those lemon slices. It’s all coming together! 🍗
