Think Spanakopita but easier but just as delicious! It’s super easy to make, absolutely delicious, and perfect for a quick meal or a fancy brunch. Let’s dive into the recipe! 🌟

- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, and some salt and pepper until smooth.
- Add the crumbled feta, grated pizza cheese, chopped dill, parsley, sliced spring onions, and spinach leaves to the bowl. Stir everything together until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a lined baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes, 180C or until the slice is golden and set in the middle.
- Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving. Enjoy your delicious Spinach and Feta Slice!
