Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 8 slices of salami or pepperoni
  • 8 slices of mozzarella
  • 8 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes

Method
 

  1. Start by slicing a pocket into the side of each chicken breast.
  2. Layer the salami inside the pocket, followed by the mozzarella, and then top it off with the sun-dried tomatoes.
  3. Close the pocket and drizzle some of that flavorful sun-dried tomato oil over the chicken breasts.
  4. For air fryer lovers, cook at 180°C (356°F) for 15 minutes. If you prefer the oven, bake at 180°C (356°F) for 25 minutes.
