- Start by slicing a pocket into the side of each chicken breast.
- Layer the salami inside the pocket, followed by the mozzarella, and then top it off with the sun-dried tomatoes.
- Close the pocket and drizzle some of that flavorful sun-dried tomato oil over the chicken breasts.
- For air fryer lovers, cook at 180°C (356°F) for 15 minutes. If you prefer the oven, bake at 180°C (356°F) for 25 minutes.
