Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breasts
Spice mix:
  • 1 tbsp chicken stock powder
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Mix all the spice mix ingredients together.
  2. Slice each chicken breast in half to make four thinner pieces.
  3. Rub the spice mix all over both sides of the chicken.
  4. Place the chicken in your air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook at 200°C on air fryer mode for 8–10 minutes (time will vary based on thickness). Turn rafter 4 minutes.
  6. Let the chicken rest in the air fryer basket for 5 minutes before serving.
