Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup sriracha sauce
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp crushed garlic
  • 1 tbsp crushed ginger
  • 1 tbsp chicken stock powder
  • **Dipping sauce:**
  • 3 tbsp coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • juice of 1/2 lime

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, sriracha sauce, lime juice, stock, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the mix and coat them well.
  3. Pop them in your air fryer at 200°C for 15 minutes. easy, right? 😍
  4. Don’t forget to pour those flavour-packed juices from the bottom of the air fryer over your chicken!
  5. While the chicken’s cooking, whip up your dipping sauce by mixing all the ingredients together.
