Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup oil
  • 3 bananas 🍌
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup walnuts optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (360°F).
  2. In a large bowl, mix all the basic cake batter ingredients until smooth.
  3. Slice up the bananas into chunky pieces. Add 2 of them into the batter along with the cinnamon.
  4. Pour the batter into your cake or loaf tin.
  5. Decorate the top with the remaining banana slices. If you love a bit of crunch, sprinkle some walnuts on top! 🌰
  6. Bake for 1 hour, or until a skewer comes out clean.
  7. Let it cool, then slice and enjoy your tasty creation! 😋
