Method
 

  1. In a sizzling pan, drizzle some olive oil and toss in chicken, mushrooms and onions.
  2. Stir until chicken is golden and veggies are tender. Roughly about 5 minutes.
  3. Next, sprinkle in the paprika, garlic, mustard, tomato paste, and stock powder. Stir well, ensuring the chicken and mushrooms are well coated. Let it cook for 2 more minutes.
  4. Now, pour in that luscious sour cream and mix well. Give it another 2 minutes on the flame and voilΓ ! Your dish is ready to wow.
