Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Chicken tenders
  • 4 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 500 g stir fry vegetables
  • 500 g Hokkien Noodles
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions
Teriyaki Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp crushed Garlic
  • 1 tbsp crushed Ginger
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cooking sake

Method
 

  1. Whisk together all the teriyaki sauce ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Drench those chicken tenders in the sauce, letting them marinate for a good 10 minutes.
  3. Heat that sesame oil in a pan, and pan-fry your chicken until it's golden and irresistible.
  4. Whisk cornflour into the remaining sauce.
  5. Set the chicken aside, and toss those vibrant veggies into the pan. Give 'em a good stir fry, then introduce your noodles.
  6. Drizzle that glossy sauce over everything, stirring until it thickens and clings to every nook and cranny.
  7. Return your chicken to the mix and garnish with those toasted sesame seeds and fresh green onions.
