Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 cups plain flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar the secret behind the smile!
  • 1/2 cup white sugar for the extra love
  • 1 tsp baking powder our little riser
  • 2 eggs richness in a shell!
  • 200 g melted butter where the magic happens
  • A splash of vanilla because, why not?
  • 250 g chocolate chips the heart of our cookies

Method
 

  1. Mix all ingredients into a sweet harmony.🥣
  2. Roll dough in cling wrap, shaping it into a log.
  3. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes. ❄️
  4. Cut into cookie-width slices. You've got the power! 👊
  5. Unwrap your treats and place them on a tray.
  6. Bake at 160C for 15 minutes or until light brown. 🌞 OR In an air fryer? 160C for 7 minutes will do the trick!
