  • 1 kg mixed fruit think sultanas, currants, raisins, and candied peel, yum!
  • 600 ml of ANY liquid get creative here! Orange juice, ginger beer, Bailey's, rum, coffee, or chocolate milk – the world is your oyster
  • 1 tbsp mixed spice totally optional, but oh-so-delicious
  • 2 cups self-raising flour

Method
