  • 600 g Cooked Honey Soy Dumplings
  • 1 bunch Coriander
  • 2 sliced Spring Onions
  • 2 sliced Cucumbers
  • 200 g Cherry Tomatoes halved
For the Dressing:
  • 2 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup Light Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • 1 crushed clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp crushed ginger
  • 2 sliced Red Chillies optional

Method
 

  1. Mix the Dressing: Pop all the dressing ingredients directly into the bottom of your salad bowl and give them a good whisk to combine.
  2. Toss the Salad: Add the cooked Honey Soy Dumplings, coriander, spring onions, cucumbers, and cherry tomatoes to the bowl. Give everything a good toss to make sure it’s all covered in that delicious sauce!
