Ingredients
  

  • 24 frozen chicken dumplings
  • 2 tbsp red curry paste
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 1 sliced capsicum
  • 2 cups Asian greens
  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 1 bunch fresh coriander leaves

Method

Add the capsicum, greens, and dumplings, and let them simmer for 8 minutes. Squeeze in the lime juice and top with fresh coriander. Serve hot and enjoy! 🥢
