- Throw all the ingredients into a big bowl and give them a good mix with your hands. Yes, it’s a little messy, but so worth it! 🙌
- Heat up a pan on high and shape the mixture into patties. Pop them in the pan and let them sizzle away until golden brown on one side.
- Flip those beauties over, turn the heat down to low, and cover with a lid. Let them cook for about 5 minutes, or until they’re golden brown on the bottom and cooked through.
- Serve these tasty rissoles with a side salad, in a sandwich, or with your favourite dipping sauce. Dinner is sorted! 🎉
