  • 1 tortilla
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese cheddar, mozzarella, or your favourite
  • 1/4 cup diced vegetables bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, or your choice
  • Optional: crispy bacon bits ham, or any preferred protein
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or a brush of oil

Method
 

  1. pour your eggs into the pan.
  2. Add your fillings and cover with your tortilla.
  3. Let it cook for a few minutes and turn out on your plate!
