Ingredients
  

  • 500 g beef mince 🥩
  • 1 diced onion 🧅
  • 1 diced capsicum 🫑
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika 🌶
  • 1 tbsp beef stock powder 🍲
  • 1 tbsp oregano 🌿
  • 1 tsp cinnamon 🍂
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder 🧄
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes 🍅
  • 1 bunch diced coriander 🍃

Method
 

  1. Heat up a splash of olive oil in a sizzling hot pan and toss in the diced onion and capsicum. Cook until they're tender and fragrant. 🍳
  2. Add the beef mince and cook until it's nicely browned.
  3. Mix in the smoked paprika, beef stock powder, oregano, cinnamon, onion powder, garlic powder, and half of the diced coriander. Stir well to combine.
  4. Add the kidney beans and crushed tomatoes to the pan. Let everything simmer on medium heat for about 5 minutes. 🥳
  5. Stir in the remaining coriander just before serving.
  6. Serve your delicious chilli beef in warm tacos, and enjoy every bite! 😋🌮
