Ingredients
  

  • 500 g soft butter it has to be super soft!
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 5 cups self-raising flour
  • 2 cups of your fave add-ins nuts, dried fruits, chocolate chips... go wild!

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, combine that creamy butter, sugar, and condensed milk. Mix until it's all friendly and combined. 🥄
  2. Time for flour and those tasty add-ins! Mix 'em in.
  3. Split the dough in half and shape each into a 5cm round log. Wrap 'em up in cling wrap.
  4. Chill mode: Place in the fridge till firm. Took me just 30 mins! ⏲️
  5. Preheat your oven to 180°C. Slice logs into 2cm rounds and lay them out on a lined baking tray.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes. 🌡️ Then, indulge!
