- In a frying pan with a tad of oil, toss in your vegetables. Cook 'em up till they're soft (about 5 mins).
- Add that beautiful beef and cook until it’s all browned up.
- Stir in garlic, tomato paste, and curry powder and let it cook for an additional 5 mins.
- Cool it down in the fridge.
- Cut each pastry slice in half. Spoon 1/2 cup of beef mix on one side and fold it over. Seal those edges nice and tight!
- Line ‘em up on a baking tray with baking paper. Pop into a 200C oven for 20 to 30 mins until golden brown and scrumptious.
