- Crush those biscuits and mix them up with the melted butter.
- Get it all pressed into a lined springform tin and pop it into the fridge.
- Dissolve those zesty lime jelly crystals with boiling water.
- Smoothly blend in the cream cheese.
- Stir in the whipped cream and most of your diced mango.
- Pour this luscious blend over your biscuit base, smoothen and chill.
- Once it's all set, crown it with the rest of the mango and dive in! 😋
