Hey wonderful bakers! 🍰 Today, I'm sharing my new and improved best-ever Orange Cake recipe! 🍊 Bursting with zesty orange and a hint of cardamom, this easy-to-make cake is a real treat!

Ingredients
  

  • whole orange seeds removed
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup yoghurt
  • 1/3 cup of oil olive oil adds a lovely fruity note!🍈
  • 1/2 cup of sugar I use granulated, but feel free to use your favorite!
  • 2 cups of SR flour Self Raising, for that gorgeous lift! 🍞
Icing:
  • 2 cups icing sugar
  • Zest and juice of a whole orange

Method
 

  1. Blend the orange, eggs, yoghurt, oil, and sugar, blend until smooth.
  2. Add in your flour and give it another blend.
  3. Pour it into your favourite cake tin and bake it.
  4. 180C for 40 minsβ™¨οΈπŸ§‘
  5. But hold on, we're not done yet! Here comes the icing! β„οΈπŸŠ
Icing:
  1. Mix until you get a glossy, zesty icing that'll make your cake truly irresistible!
  2. Drizzle it all over your cooled cake.
