Ingredients
  

  • 🍗 4 Chicken thighs
  • 🥔 3 large potatoes peeled and diced
  • 🍋 1 lemon thinly sliced
  • 🧄 1 tbsp crushed garlic
  • 🥄 1 tsp chicken stock powder
  • 💧 1 cup water
  • 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
  • 🫒 Olive oil for seasoning

Method
 

  1. Grab a baking dish and mix in the crushed garlic, chicken stock powder, and water. Give it a good stir. 🍲
  2. Now toss those diced potatoes into the dish, spreading them out evenly. 🥔
  3. Arrange your beautiful, thinly sliced lemon pieces on top of the potatoes for an added citrus punch! 🍋
  4. Now, the star of our dish! Nestle your chicken thighs right on top of those lemon slices. It's all coming together! 🍗
  5. Let's get seasoning! Sprinkle some salt and pepper and drizzle olive oil for that perfect finish. Don't hold back on this part; this is where the magic happens! ✨
  6. Finally, cover with some foil and place the dish in a preheated oven at 200°C and bake it for about 30 minutes, remove the foil and cook for another 10 to 15 minutes to brown your chicken.
