- Drizzle some olive oil in a hot pot and toss in the veg. Sizzle them until they’re just tender.
- Stir in that rich tomato paste and let it meld for a minute.
- Time for the beef stock and a splash of water. Once it’s bubbling, in goes the ravioli. Follow your ravioli packet’s timing advice here! ⏲
- Turn off the heat and add your olives and parsley. 5. Feelin’ fiery? Add those optional chilies. Stir it all up and pour into bowls.
- Feeling cheesy? 🧀 Sprinkle with Parmesan and dive in!
