Ingredients
  

  • 4 diced chicken thighs or breast πŸ—
  • 1 tbsp crushed Garlic πŸ§„
  • 1 tbsp crushed Ginger 🌱
  • 2 Bok choy roughly chopped πŸ₯¬
  • 1 bunch Basil roughly chopped 🌿
  • 2 sliced red chillies 🌢️
**Sauce** 🍲:
  • 1/4 cup oyster sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup manis
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce 🐟
  • 1/2 cup water πŸ’§
  • 1 tsp corn flour

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients and give it a good whisk.
  2. Heat up that pan and toss in your chicken. Cook until it’s almost done.
  3. Time for the garlic and ginger magic! Add them in and stir for about a minute.
  4. Toss in the diced bok choy and that yummy sauce you just made.
  5. Stir and let the bok choy soften and the sauce thicken.
  6. Heat off! Now stir in the basil and chilli. 🌿🌢️
  7. Ready to serve! Best with rice or noodles. 🍚🍜
