- In a bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients and give it a good whisk.
- Heat up that pan and toss in your chicken. Cook until itβs almost done.
- Time for the garlic and ginger magic! Add them in and stir for about a minute.
- Toss in the diced bok choy and that yummy sauce you just made.
- Stir and let the bok choy soften and the sauce thicken.
- Heat off! Now stir in the basil and chilli. πΏπΆοΈ
- Ready to serve! Best with rice or noodles. ππ
